Traffic Barrel Monster

Police in Raleigh, North Carolina must be running out of people to arrest.
Joseph Carnevale aka “Uliveuburn”, a student from North Carolina Uni, was arrested and charged with creating a “monster” out of construction barrels.
I guess someone, somewhere is glad we have this “criminal” off the streets…even if it’s just for a few hours.
Another of his creations is the Boylan Bridge Angry Man…Talent or trash, you decide!
Tattoo Too Far

Kimberley Vlaminck, a 18 year old from Belgium is suing tattoo artist, Rouslan Toumaniantz, for what can only be described as the biggest mistake SHE ever made.
She says, she asked for 3 small stars near her eye.
He says, she asked for 56 stars and fell asleep, woke up paid and left – Then came back complaining, when family and friends saw it and thought she was nuts!
Im still in 2 minds about facial tattoos, but if I ever did decide to get it done, my tattooist will speak the same language as me & ima get it drawn on first, then ima stay awake!!
